White said, “Here are just a few of the reasons to drive for Nagle. For example, I tell a driver coming to work for Nagle that Nagle is the company to work for, but every company has their issues. The difference with Nagle is we identify a problem, and we try to fix those issues. And it is not an easy job because you are away from your family a week at a time. If a driver understands that going forward, we can work with a driver. We understand that there are going to be situations where you have an emergency or there are going to be situations where you’re going to have an appointment. We do work with drivers and all we ask that the driver is to make sure to communicate with us to give us enough time to get you back to that appointment.
